FARGO, N.D. – The Fargo City Commission is set to have a discussion on interim leadership and the timeline for choosing Fargo’s next police chief.
Commissioner Denise Kolpack is requesting the commission have a conversation Monday night at their commission meeting regarding the interim leadership and an anticipated timeline. She said discussing the transition now is necessitated for ‘clear direction and continuity for the department.’
Initially after Zibolski announced his retirement on March 27, City Administrator Michael Redlinger said they would discuss the path forward at their meeting that next Monday.
