FARGO, N.D. – The Fargo Convention Center Committee submits its recommendations to the Fargo City Commission regarding a Convention Center/Hotel project in Fargo.
Charley Johnson, the group’s leader, spoke about the final rankings.
“It’s fairly straightforward,” he said. “The top three are within ten points of each other, but there are, you know, there’s no like two-point difference anywhere here.”
Brewhalla’s project finished at the top of the rankings, followed by the Civic Center, Scheels Arena and the FargoDome.
The committee forwarded a recommendation that the city accept the rankings and begin to engage in timely due diligence and negotiations with the top-ranked choice or choices.
