Fargo Fire Dept. to host missing & murdered indigenous relatives & human trafficking training

FARGO, N.D. – The Fargo Fire Department will host a training seminar focusing on missing and murdered indigenous relatives and human trafficking on Monday, April 27.

City officials say the event will provide public safety agencies in the Fargo-Moorhead area vital tools and knowledge to better serve what it calls “vulnerable populations”. Training includes identification, prevention and coordinated response efforts.

The seminar is designed to strengthen collaboration among emergency personnel and community partners while enhancing cultural awareness and sensitivity.
