FARGO, N.D. (Valley News Live) – A Fargo man was arrested Saturday, March 21, after threatening to burn down an apartment.
The Fargo Police Department responded to the 1500 block of 48th St S for a disturbance involving an unwanted guest who was threatening to burn down the apartment.
Officers arrived on scene and located the suspect, Andrew Flyinghorse, 36, of Fargo.
Flyinghorse was arrested for endangering by fire, a Class C felony, and taken to the Cass County Jail.
The investigation is ongoing.
