FARGO, N.D. – The Fargo Theatre will play host to the first debate in the Fargo-Moorhead area this election cycle, as candidates for the Fargo mayoral race will be in house.
The event begins at 6:30 p.m.
Candidates Sekou Sirleaf, David Piepkorn, Michelle Turnberg, Denise Kolpack and Josh Boschee will all be in attendance for the event. Turnberg, Piepkorn and Kolpack are all sitting Fargo City Commissioners; Sirleaf is the chair of the Fargo Human Rights Commission; and Boschee is a member of the North Dakota Legislature.
The Fargo-Moorhead-West Fargo Chamber, Building Industry Association and Downtown Community Partnership are all partnering together to host the debate, bringing candidates together to share their perspectives on the issues shaping Fargo’s future.
