(FARGO) – The search for a wanted Fargo man is over.
The Fargo Police Department said they have arrested 23-year-old Marc Ronald Young on Wednesday afternoon, after he fled on foot from an officer in the area of 45th Avenue South and 47th Street South earlier on Wednesday.
Fargo Police officers were dispatched to the area for an unwanted male at approximately 9:40 a.m. this morning. When they arrived on scene, an officer observed the male, who then fled on foot with the officer pursuing him.
Through an investigation, officers located the suspect in a nearby unoccupied residence that the suspect had entered without permission. Officers entered the residence and took Young into custody without incident at approximately 2:15 p.m. this afternoon.
He was arrested on multiple charges, including refusal to halt, burglary and simple assault domestic violence. He also was arrested on a warrant for felony larceny.
Young was booked into the Cass County Jail in Fargo.
