FARGO, ND — The search continues in Fargo for a man wanted for killing another man.
Police say the victim Sampson Bleh and the suspect Leo Dartoe were known to each other. Bleh was shot and killed Sunday outside the Maplewood Bend Apartments. Dartoe is considered armed and dangerous. Cops say he has ties to Philadelphia.
People are warned not to approach him if you see him but call 9-1-1.
