FARGO, N.D. – Marathon week is here, and the Fargo Police Department is warning drivers about impacts to roads within the city.
“As thousands of runners and spectators make their way through Fargo next weekend, motorists and residents of Fargo should plan ahead for increased traffic and temporary road closures throughout the community,” the department posted on social media.
Closures will begin as early as 3 a.m. in Fargo, and 7:30 a.m. in Moorhead.
“Please give yourself extra travel time, use alternate routes and watch for runners, volunteers and public safety personnel along the course,” Fargo Police said.
