Florida woman arrested after allegedly shooting a gun & fleeing police in West Fargo

WEST FARGO, N.D. – A Florida woman is arrested and accused of shooting a gun hitting two empty vehicles and fleeing police officers in West Fargo.

Officers responded around 2:oo PM Friday, February 6 to the 400 block of 26th Avenue West near the Sheyenne River where they confirmed multiple shots were fired.

Authorities found a vehicle leaving the area and fled officers after they tried to stop it. The vehicle went south on Veterans Boulevard where officers stopped it with a PIT maneuver on the 3200 block of Veterans Boulevard near Cash Wise.

Thirty-five-year-old Brittany Glennon was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence, discharge of a firearm in city limits, reckless endangerment and fleeing. The vehicle she was driving was impounded.

Flag Family News asked City of West Fargo Manager of Public Information Addie Stewart if Glennon was shooting at a person or at empty vehicles. Stewart said all information that was releasable was included in a press release.
