WEST FARGO, N.D. — A familiar face is running for the position of mayor in West Fargo.
Former City Commissioner Eric Gjerdevig announced today his run to lead the city.
“I did a thing this morning – something I’ve been thinking about for a long time,” he posted on Facebook. “I chose not to run for re-election in 2022, but public service has always remained an important part of who I am. With that in mind, I’ve decided to run for West Fargo Mayor in this June’s city election.”
Gjerdevig was on the City Commission from 2018 until 2022.
