BISMARCK, N.D. – North Dakota Governor Kelly Armstrong is set to release his budget guidelines for the upcoming biennium this week.
On Wednesday morning, he will present his executive budget guidelines to North Dakota state agency leaders for the 2027-2029 biennium. Agency budget proposals developed under the guidelines will be used by Armstrong to craft his executive budget recommendations, which he will present to state legislators in December.
The guidelines will be released Wednesday at 11 a.m.
