GRAND FORKS, N.D. – A Grand Forks man faces life in prison for alleged sexual acts with a minor.
Marshawn Wooten has been charged with felony gross sexual imposition after he was accused of engaging in a sexual act with a 14-year-old girl on numerous occasions.
If given a life sentence, the 29-year-old would not have the possibility of parole.
