GRAND FORKS, N.D. – A busy section of road in Grand Forks is reopened after a crash this morning.
The Grand Forks Police Department said a crash shut down the southbound lanes of North Washington Street from 1st Avenue North to Demers. The shutdown was necessary as a bridge was struck, and a state inspector needed to inspect the bridge before traffic was allowed in the area.
The closure impacted the North Washington underpass, but crews said that the area reopened at 11 a.m.
