(CASS COUNTY, ND) — Cass County Deputy Sheriff Kayla Quam has been placed on leave.
Her husband, Carson Quam, is one of three current or former deputies under investigation. He’s currently facing multiple child pornography charges.
Cass County Sheriff Jesse Jahner says the decision was made so as to not “jeopardize the integrity of the investigation.” He cautioned that she is not under criminal investigation.
