Joshua Zincke wants to cut regulations in Minnesota’s Legislature

MOORHEAD, Minn. – The Republican candidate for Moorhead’s State House district vows to bring a business-friendly voting record to St. Paul while cutting regulation and reigning in spending by DFLers.

Zincke, who works in manufacturing at John Deere, wants Minnesota to take part in energy exploration without mandates. On What’s On Your Mind with Scott Hennen on AM 1100 The Flag Monday morning, he cited innovation he’s read about, but couldn’t name the person who’s doing it.

“He’s working on a low cost high durability carbon capture technology extracting CO2 out of the atmosphere and turning it into methane or natural gas,” Zincke said.

Joshua Zincke called out what he called his opponent, DFL State Representative Heather Keeler’s low attendance record. He adds she tends to vote more on issues that would benefit the Native American community than those that could benefit Moorhead’s diverse population.

We’ve reached out to Keeler for a response and haven’t heard back.
