(Bismarck, ND) -- Governor Doug Burgum is urging President Biden to reconsider his decision to revoke the permit for the Keystone XL pipeline. Burgum said in a statement yesterday that revoking the permit was "wrong for the country" and "has a chilling effect on private-sector investment." The governor said the state is ready to work with the new administration, but would "oppose policies that harm North Dakotans."
