ND Congressman Responds To National Guard Troops' Treatment In DC

(Bismarck, ND)  --  North Dakota Congressman Kelly Armstrong says he's appalled at how national guard troops were treated in Washington, DC last week.  Armstrong says there should be an immediate investigation after troops were ordered out of the U.S. Capitol and sent to rest in an active parking garage.  About 150 North Dakota troops were among the 26-thousand who helped guarantee the peaceful transfer of power.
