(Traill County, ND) -- A man is facing charges after rear-ending a semi on I-29. The crash happened Saturday evening north of Hillsboro. Police say 53-year-old Stacy Bakke was going about 70 miles per hour in an SUV when he crashed into the back of the semi without braking. Bakke was taken to the hospital with incapacitating injuries. The driver of the semi wasn't hurt. The crash is still under investigation.
