(Bismarck, ND) -- A House bill could loosen the seat belt law for adults, while the Senate is looking to add stricter language to the law.
The House Transportation Committee heard a bill Thursday morning that would exempt anyone over 18 from having to wear a seatbelt.
Representative Jeffrey Magrum introduced the bill, citing personal freedom as a factor.
