(Grand Forks, ND) -- Grand Forks City staff overtime costs are at a five-year high. Officials say city workers clocked over one-point-four-million dollars in overtime in 2020. The figure is about 200-thousand dollars higher that previous overtime totals. Health department overtime was unusual, but other Grand Forks city departments routinely run hundreds of thousands of dollars in overtime each year.
