(Fargo, ND) -- Fargo's animal shelter is seeing a decrease in animal adoptions.
Homeward Animal Shelter Operations Director Heather Clyde is also seeing a large increase in the number of animals being abandoned to the facility.
The facility currently has just under 170 animals in need of a forever home.
