(Fargo, ND) -- Eventide is requiring all employees to complete a COVID-19 vaccinations by October 1st.
Effective August 31st, 2021, new employees will be required to have the COVID-19 vaccine as a part of the new hire process.
In a released statement, Eventide said they often receive requests from families and residents asking that ONLY vaccinated staff provide care..and that they believe every person they service deserves peace of mind knowing they have limited risk as much as possible.
The target for nationwide long term care facilities to be vaccinated is 75%, and to this point the Eventide facilities in Fargo, Moorhead and West Fargo are reporting over that mark, some as high as 95%. They say that with the new Delta Variant spreading, they hope to take as many precautions as possible.
