(Grand Forks, ND) -- Altru is going through leadership changes.
President Dr. Steven Weiser has been removed from his position. Chair of Altru's Board of Directors Karen Thingelstad says the decision was "in the best interest of the organization." Weiser took on the position following a leadership shakeup in early 2020, after the CEO and CFO were both abruptly fired.
Todd Forkel will join the organization as CEO and Dr. Joshua Deere will act as interim chief medical officer.
