(Fargo, ND) -- Three people are in custody after a woman says she was kidnapped and forced to dig her own grave.
The victim says the kidnapping happened last Friday night in Otter Tail County. Authorities have charged 31-year-old Alicia Alaniz with kidnapping, terroristic threats, and two counts of misdemeanor assault.
Court documents show 21-year-old Mariah Bunker and 39-year-old Joshua Adams are charged with making terroristic threats in the case. Alaniz claims the woman was suicidal and tried to run into traffic.
