(Fargo, ND) -- About 14-thousand homeowners in Fargo are likely to see their property taxes go up.

The increase is related to an increase in property values following the city's annual reassessment process. The city assessor says properties are generally revalued every five years.

A mill levy that will be set in September will also affect the exact tax increase.
