Two facing charges as Red Lake Police seize drugs and cash

(Red Lake, MN) -- Two people are facing charges after police seized drugs and cash from a residence in Red Lake.

Red Lake police carried out a search warrant yesterday assisted by an agent from the Bureau of Indian Affairs. The search turned up over 100 grams of fentanyl, cutting agents, and more than 46-hundred dollars in cash.

Matt Sayers and Lauryn Lussier are facing charges of drug possession  with intent to sell, child endangerment, and criminal contempt. Both are being held in the Red Lake Detention Center.
