(Fargo, ND) -- A West Fargo man is pleading guilty in a deadly assault at the Speedway Event Center.
Court records show Tomas Cervantes pleaded guilty this week to manslaughter after admitting to throwing a punch last August that killed Roberto Balboa. Balboa fell and hit his head on the concrete floor and died from his injuries days later.
Cervantes is set to be sentenced in June.
