(Jamestown, ND) -- Investigators say there is insufficient evidence to support sexual assault allegations against Jamestown Mayor Dwaine Heinrich.

The Stutsman County State's Attorney says reports and surveillance video didn't create a clear picture of what happened during an exchange between Mayor Heinrich and the accuser.

A report released Wednesday shows the incident in question happened January 29th at a bar in the city.
