(Fargo, ND) -- The Osgood Hornbachers is temporarily closed because of a fire in the grocery store's bakery.
The Fargo Fire Department responded to a call at 5:52 p.m about a fire located in the Osgood Hornbachers located at 4151 45th South in Fargo. A document shared by the Fire Department with WDAY Radio shows crews put out a fire located in the bakery. The building was evacuated and smoke was vented while the fire was being put out.
Authorities say damage estimates are around $20,000 for cooking equipment and damaged product produced in the bakery. The Fire Department credits a sprinkler system to keeping the fire contained until authoritites could arrive to put out the blaze.
Horbachers officials say the store will be closed until at least 6 a.m on February 1st.
