Moorhead Fire Department: No injuries following garage blaze

(Moorhead, MN) -- The Moorhead Fire Department says a garage fire is under investigation that left no one injured.

Moorhead Fire Battalion Chief Chad Stangeland says several departments responded to the fire that caused four people to leave the home at approximately 3:30 a.m Thursday morning. The Fire Department responded to the home located at 610 Maple Ln, in Moorhread. The garage attached to the home suffered heavy fire and smoke damage, with the home itself suffering minor damage as well. Two vehicles inside the garage are totaled.

The Moorhead Fire Department is still investigating the cause and assessing damages caused by the fire.
