(Fargo, ND) -- A 29-year-old Horace man is facing charges related to drugs and fleeing .. following chase involving Cass County deputies that began just after 2:30 Monday morning.
According to the sheriff's office, deputies first tried to pull over Nikolus Schnellbach near Horace for an alleged speeding violation.
He did not stop and the chase briefly crossed into Clay County before eventually coming to a stop in the Benedict area.
The suspect eventually stopped and surrendered.
