Fargo Police arrest man accused of waving gun at bystander and fleeing police

(Fargo, ND) -- A suspect is in custody after waving a gun at someone while trying to escape police.  

Fargo PD is reporting the suspect, 19 year old Kadar Pearson, was wanted in connection to an ammunition theft last month. Officers spotted Pearson in the 700 block of 23rd Street South and he ran. Authorities say Pearson waved a gun at a bystander who tried to help police catch him during the food pursit.
