(Fargo, ND) -- The Fargo Police Department is notifying the public about a high-risk sex offender who has relocated in the city.
Timothy Joshua Adam Carnahan registered at 123 15th St. N. in Fargo.
Carnahan was assessed as a high-risk sex offender by the North Dakota Sex Offender Risk Assessment Committee.
Carnahan is 30-years-old, 5'-9", 200 pounds, and has brown eyes and red-auburn hair.
His convictions include Attempt to Engage in Sexual Act, Indecent Liberties with a Minor, and Incest - 1st Degree. The victim in that case was a 4-year-old girl.
