(Fargo, ND) -- No charges will be filed related to the pedestrian death along I-29 in Fargo back in January.

The North Dakota Highway Patrol report states 19-year-old Destinee Tuttle was walking in the travel lane along I-29 south of Fargo in the early morning hours of New Year's Day. Investigators say the Nebraska teen got out of her car near a ditch and tried to wave down traffic when she was hit by a passing car.

Tuttle reportedly was in Fargo celebrating the New Year with friends.
