(West Fargo, ND) -- Charges have been dropped against a woman who was accused causing a fatal vehicle crash in West Fargo this April.
Court documents say reckless driving and driving under suspension charges against 28-year-old Taquoya Saldana have been dropped. Authorities say Saldana was originally charged after she was involved in a fatal crash when her SUV collided with a motorcycle ridden by 31-year-old Thomas Fradet, who died from his injuries at a local hospital.
