(Oxbow, ND) -- No injuries are reported following yesterday's fiery crash of a semi tractor-trailer on I-29 near Oxbow.

State troopers say it happened around 2:30 p.m. when the driver, 69-year-old  Efrain Duran from McAllen, Texas, lost control of the vehicle as it was navigating a construction zone near the Hickson and Oxbow exit. Witnesses say the semi veered to the left at speed and crashed into a water barrier. The driver then overcorrected, before he slammed into a series of concrete barriers, at which point the vehicle caught fire. Officials say the driver was able to get out safely with the help of Good Samaritans.

Troopers are investigating the crash.
