(Fargo, ND) -- An affordable housing project in Fargo is getting more support from the federal government.
The funds, granted as a part of the Bipartisan Infrastructure law and gifted by the EPA, will bring Fargo an additional $2 million in grant money for the redevelopment of the Lashkowitz High Rise. The money will be used to clean up asbestos at the high rise at 101 2nd Street South.
The total amount received for the Lashkowitz Riverfront Project is now $24 million.
