Fargo police: man using fake ID and passport to steal "large amounts of cash" from area banks

(Fargo, ND) -- The Fargo Police Department is asking for the public's help in identifying and locating a suspect wanted in a number of cases involving forgery, counterfeiting, and unauthorized use of personal information.

Police say the crimes are happening at "multiple" bank locations in Fargo, Moorhead, and West Fargo.

Police say the man is using a fake passport and ID card to obtain "large amounts of cash".

Anyone with information in the case is asked to contact Fargo Police.
