(Update: 9:46 a.m.) -- The Red River Valley SWAT team says a suspect is in custody when they conducted a high-risk search warrant at 8 p.m Tuesday.
Authorities say 19-year-old Fabian Edwin Scott from West Fargo was arrested at the home near the 200 block of 9 ½ Avenue West. Scott faces several charges, including murder and strong arm robbery.
The case has been referred to the Cass COunty State's Attorney's Office. The case is still under investigation by authorities.

WEST FARGO - Red River Valley SWAT conducted a high-risk search warrant in West Fargo Tuesday night. It happened near the 200 block of 9 ½ Avenue West at around 8 p.m.
Police say the SWAT team used a flash bang device to distract the suspects without putting them in danger. One person was detained. Police say there is no active threat to the public.
The case is ongoing, and police are not releasing any other details at this time.
