Woman Arrested For Making Fraudulent Purchases

(Fargo, ND) -- A Fargo woman is being charged for making unauthorized purchases.

Police were initially contacted by a woman receiving home health care who reported unauthorized purchases on her credit card. An investigation revealed that the woman's home health care provider, 22-year-old Racelia Gbla, had been making the purchases using the woman's personal information.

Gbla was arrested at a pawn shop earlier this week, and was found with a stolen check. She's facing credit card theft, exploitation, and identity theft charges.
