UPDATED: Fargo Fire Department respond to two fires Monday night

(Update: 7:40 a.m.) -- The Fargo Fire Department is releasing more information following two fires that occurred late Monday night.

The first started just after 8p.m in a detached garage at 830 12th Street North. A person at the scene received minor burns as he attempted to put out the fire himself prior to the arrival of first responders.

The individual was treated on scene and refused further medical care. The second fire started at 11:16 p.m at a trailer home at 723 Countryside Trailer Court. When crews arrived, they found heavy smoke and flames pouring from multiple windows. No one was found inside the trailer home.

No cause or damage assessment is released to the public at this time.

The first one was a garage fire that occurred just after 8:00 p.m at 830 12th St N, and the second occurring just in a trailer at 11:15 p.m at 723 Countryside Trailer Court. Crews were at each scene for several hours, but put down the blazes quickly.
