(Moorhead, MN) -- Official changes to MSUM's Marijuana policies may be on the docket.

The current policy prohibits any product with an illegal amount of THC on the campus. This conflicts with recently passed laws at the Minnesota State Legislature, which allow people to own up to two-pounds of Marijuana in their residences and up to two ounces on their person.

"We are currently reviewing the new laws concerning the possession and use of marijuana and are considering changes to policies and procedures that may be warranted," said Doug Anderson, the Director of Communications and Media at MSUM, "Providing a safe and productive environment for learning and working is a top priority."
