Fargo Police: Man threatened to murder officers and families

(Fargo, ND) -- A man is in custody after he made threats and assaulted Fargo police.

Officers came into contact with 18-year-old Kyle Eslinger, after a caller reported he had been making rape and death threats. He tried to run when approached by police, then spit on and threatened the officers, saying he would murder them and their families.

He has been charged with terrorizing and assaulting police officers.
