(Fargo, ND) -- A Fargo man is facing domestic violence charges for allegedly assaulting a woman.
Adan Martinez is charged with serious bodily injury and terrorizing. Martinez is accused of choking and hitting the woman until she blacked out, and threatened to kill her. The woman says she was able to escape when she leapt from his vehicle and ran.
Martinez is due in court on July 26th.
