Tahirovic in court for June crash resulting in death of Bemidji nurse

(West Fargo, ND) -- Authorities accuse a Fargo man of being high when he caused a crash that killed a Bemidji nurse in West Fargo, North Dakota.  

Sabastijan Tahirovic has been charged with criminal vehicular homicide, driving under suspension, and unlawful possession of a controlled substance.  Police say the defendant sped through a red light on June 28th and struck a car belonging to Saphyre Johnson.  

Tahirovic will be representing himself in the case and is being held at the Cass County jail.
