Minnesota man facing charges in crash that seriously injured and pinned state employee to interstate median

(Casselton, ND) -- A man is facing charges related to a car crash that injured a North Dakota Department of Transportation worker.

The wreck happened last year on I-94 near Casselton, when a man crashed his SUV into a DOT pickup truck and other equipment. A worker was pinned against a metal cable median barrier as a result of the accident, and suffered serious injuries. The driver of the SUV was identified as Minnesota resident Charles Hart. He's been charged with misdemeanor aggravated reckless driving.
