Donation effort underway for Fargo officer killed and others critically injured

(Fargo, ND) -- Top brass among the Fargo Police Department are sharing ways to support of the families and the individuals involved in a fatal officer involved shooting on Friday.

The Leadership Care Fund is developed by Fargo Police Officers and is meant to help colleagues in times of need. The funds collected go towards victims in life altering events, like the fatal officer involved shooting that occurred on Friday that claimed the life of Fargo officer Jake Wallin and seriously injured officers Tyler Hawes and Andrew Dotas.
