(VALLEY CITY) -- Authorities in Valley City have issued a Silver Alert for a missing man in the city.
Rory Rupp, a 56-year-old man, was last seen walking away from Sheyenne Care Center / St. Raphael in Valley City at 5 a.m. He is described as a white male, with a height of 5'5". He weighs 137 pounds and has shoulder-length brown hair and brown eyes.
He was last seeing blue jeans, a dark hoodie and white shoes.
Authorities say Rupp has multiple medical conditions which impair judgment, behavior, and his ability to live independently.
