(Fargo, ND) -- SECOND UPDATE: A representative with the Fargo Police Department tells WDAY Radio Now that 33-year-old West Fargo resident Jeremy Dalton was arrested Thursday in connection with the assault.
Dalton is charged with Aggravated Assault. No other details were provided, and police said the investigation is ongoing
UPDATE: The Fargo Police Department has informed WDAY Radio Now that investigators have identified individuals who appear in the video showing the altercation.
INITIAL REPORT: The Fargo Police Department is investigating an altercation which happened at 2:15 Sunday morning on the sidewalk at 22 Broadway North.
Video of the altercation shows two men striking and kicking a man, who fell to the sidewalk and appeared to be unconscious.
Police are now asking for the public's assistance in identifying people shown in the video.
Anyone with information is asked to contact the police department.
The investigation is ongoing.
