(Fargo, ND) -- A North Dakota man will face a grand jury after he allegedly murdered an infant early this year in Fargo.
U.S. District Court officials say Collin Ray Delorme is accused of murdering the child on February 18th.
He faces charges including felony murder, child neglect, and two counts of child abuse.
The second count of child abuse is linked to alleged incidents starting in 2020 that involve another child.
